My art as a whole is made up of many different elements. I work to incorporate both my many personal passions, including environmentalism and veganism, as well as cultural aspects of the 1970’s. The 1970’s were a time of growth, revolution and change. Many of the movements we see today for the environment, for human rights, and more are influenced by this time period. My art embodies many of the elements of this era. It captures the bright colors, symbolic pieces, and lettering to bring both nostalgia and a positive message. In creating my art, I often find inspiration from old 1970s photos, as well as other various images, and put together my favorite features to make a new piece.
